Freeman, we are dedicated to guiding families through challenging legal disputes.

Attorneys Brian Freeman and Tanya Hughes Freeman bring over thirty years of combined experience to each case. Mr. Freeman is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a trustee for the Hudson County Bar Association, a member of the American Association for Justice, and a former president of the Garden State Bar Association.
Attorney Freeman has also served as a deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey. He has been a legal commentator on WWRL’s radio show “Legally Speaking” and has been quoted in local newspapers such as the Jersey Journal. He frequently speaks at local colleges and universities, inspiring students interested in law. Before joining her husband in legal practice, Ms. Freeman spent over fifteen years leading audit teams in the banking and insurance sectors. Her audit expertise enriches the firm’s practice, offering fresh insights into complex litigation. She is a qualified Family Law and Civil Mediator under court Rule 1:40 and a member of the Hudson County Bar Association’s Family Law Committee. Additionally, Ms. Freeman chairs the Juvenile Justice/Family Court Subcommittee and the Hudson County Vicinage Minority Concerns Committee.
