Nicholas “Nick” Neidzwski became an integral part of Anderson Carey & Williams in 2015, bringing his acumen as a trial attorney proficient in all manners of maritime and personal injury litigation.

Nick Neidzwski’s litigation prowess encompasses representing both plaintiffs and defendants across state and federal courts in Washington, California, Arizona, and beyond. His portfolio of triumphant cases includes those involving the Jones Act, product liability, premises liability, food contamination, construction defects, insurance bad faith, and fire/burn incidents on behalf of a diverse clientele.
Nick’s pro bono endeavors are centered on immigration law, advocating for individuals entangled in removal proceedings.
An active orator within Washington’s legal circles, Nick has delivered presentations on a variety of topics, including maintenance and cure, ethics, and insurance bad faith. His upbringing in New Jersey, in a household shared by three generations, instilled a robust familial bond.
After graduating from public high school in Ramsey, New Jersey, Nick pursued his undergraduate studies in music and business at New York University, earning honors in 2007. He then relocated to Virginia to attend Washington and Lee University School of Law.
During his time at Washington and Lee Law, Nick distinguished himself as the executive editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, which addresses legal issues affecting historically marginalized groups.
In 2009, Nick authored a scholarly article titled “The Unconstitutionality of Mississippi’s Employment Protection Act And A Framework For Assessing Similar State Immigration Laws,” 16 Wash. & Lee J. Civ. Rts. & Soc. Just. 225 (2009), later cited by the Mississippi Business Journal in 2012.
Nick remains dedicated to advocating for underrepresented individuals throughout the United States.
Nick met his wife at Washington and Lee Law School, and they now reside in Mount Vernon, Washington, with their son and two dogs.
He cherishes time with his family on both coasts, indulges in music performance, and relishes hiking in the picturesque Pacific Northwest.
