Attorney Biography
Attorney Rhonda Davis specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and nursing home litigation while also dedicating time to pro bono work for organizations supporting the underprivileged and mentally/physically disabled. She maintains offices in Akron, Ohio, and Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Background: Rhonda was raised on a small farm in Bono, Arkansas, and graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She earned a Rotary International Graduate Scholarship to Macquarie University Law School in Sydney, Australia, and later graduated from the University of Mississippi Law School. Licensed to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Ohio, Rhonda served as an Assistant Attorney General in Tennessee’s Office of Attorney General Antitrust Division, where she prosecuted bid riggers and price fixers.
Leadership: Rhonda was the President of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers from 2006-2007 and served as the Women’s Caucus Chair (2007-2008). She has held positions on the State Delegates, Board of Governors, and Executive Committee for the American Association for Justice. Appointed by the Supreme Court of Ohio to its Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness, she served for six years. Rhonda also contributes to the Akron Bar Association Grievance Committee.
