Attorney Biography
Sandra Segal diligently serves those in the Huntsville area of Alabama as they face a range of criminal charges. With over 20 years of legal experience, she knows what each client is up against and confidently helps every client to formulate a defensive strategy that suits their individual needs. As a former prosecutor, she has an insider’s knowledge into the tactics used against her clients, and she can efficiently look for weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.
Both Sandra’s educational background and career attest to her dedication to hard work and success. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in both Mathematics and German at Auburn University before turning to the legal field. While pursuing her Juris Doctor at American University’s Washington College of Law, she actively participated in Pi Lambda Sigma Pre-Law Honor Society, serving as President and being named Most Outstanding Senior.
On graduating, she gained experience at various law firms, as well as serving as an Assistant State Attorney for Huntsville, prosecuting cases in the Huntsville Municipal Court. Her range of experiences gives her an open mind and unique perspective on each case the she takes on. In 2007, she formed Segal & Segal, L.L.C. with her husband, Andrew Segal, in order to provide the highest quality of legal counsel for those facing charges such as DUI, violent crimes, and drug offenses across Alabama.
